This cosmopolitan couple lived separately in Miami and New York but traveled between the two to see each other - until the completion of the renovation that sparked them living together permanently in what this became: their place.  They wanted their Miami abode to imbue their sense of travel and love for Italy without being the typical 'white Miami box' with the comforts of being able to entertain and house their extensive photographs and artifacts.
